Self-Care Corner
(Take a moment for self and relax)

October 2025 (Fall, 2025)

Fall season in the North and Springtime in the South, as we all experience some type of weather that cleanses the earth in some way. Thus, we must take note and keep ourselves clean and refreshed too. We are air, water, earth and fire in the form of a human being, and so, we must take in these elements for self-care and self-preservation, as if we primarily care for ourselves in order to stay healthy. We are of the earth and live and breathe as one with it, so we must not only take care of ourselves, but each other and our planet. We must love ourselves and the planet. Stay healthy out there!

-Love, Relationships, and Self-Care. It is important to remember one must truly love self to love others. It is understandable some of us may come from a more stern way of relating toward others, as well as caring for self, but it is wise to remember love is available if we search and desire it enough to obtain it. Love is guidance and care. We must learn to love all aspects of self and others in order to accept one another. Be enlightened with the power and delicate handle that is Love. - Liz P. Vara
