June 2025 (Summer, 2025)

Summertime, and the living should be easy, but often times, most of us find ourselves still busy while trying to enjoy gorgeous weather in the North. Indeed, we all should try to find some time to relax and soak in the vibes; by this, I mean, we should take time to go outdoors and get some Vitamin D or K, or whichever vitamin the sun gives us - besides its light and energy. If the sun is too hot, find some shade and drink some water - stay cool! For the most part, go outside and just take in natural scenery, such as at a park or lake or even where there is grass or trees. Even if it is just a plant, spend some time with nature during the summer and lift up those vibes.

It is understandable some of us may come from a more stern way of relating toward others, as well as caring for self, but it is wise to remember love is available if we search and desire it enough to obtain it.
