Hurt or Heal

Humanity is at an amazing time right now. Energy readers can sense the uptick of varying levels. Many of us have to be extra careful of health, nutrition, stress levels, and forms of relaxation because so much is going on that it is wondrous how all of us are still going strong. In fact, it is incredible! There is so much happening in and around the world, it is wise to simply ride the wave and breathe. Now is an extraordinary time to witness all that nature, environment, and humanity have to offer, such as unity through communication, natural disasters, and even our atmosphere. Our world is changing! We can either hurt from it or heal from it.

A lot of people are connected through the internet, and though it is fantastic, it can be both influential and a distraction. So many of us push for "likes" and "❤️" that some are willing to reveal themselves to the point of being naked or act in a shocking manner just so others can see them, and really, who can blame them when some can get thousands, tens of thousands, and even a million likes or followers? Technology is definitely changing the way humans interact and view each other.

With so much information and forms of commerce happening, it is no surprise that many can hurt or heal from pains which deal with self-value, self-worth, and even self-care. Not only is there an exchange of ideas and opinions, (especially, opinions!) there is also a global community which can either be cooperative or competitive. Most often, on social media, one can tell that a lot of users are cooperative in exchanging their crafts and ideas online for free or a trade. Many often sell things for cheap and/or reuse clothing, furniture, and jewelry in comparison to purchasing new and expensive stuff. Although there is freedom to promote one's crafts on the internet, it appears promoted or sponsored messages are given priority in showing up on a person's social media feed and this dilutes a cooperative sense of community.

One can either hurt or heal from barriers and/or ideas exchanged online. Though more people are staying in touch through electronic means and utilizing it to purchase items or exchange ideas, it is necessary to not only keep in touch with the real world, but also to not rely on such electronic usage. It is wise to stay grounded and take care of one's immediate and surrounding environment. There is so much indirect interaction, production and overflowing systems installed all over many developed countries that it would be smart to notice what goes on around one's space of living. How many really notice the trees and birds? How many notice natural settings vs. artificial ones? Is the air around one's surroundings healthy or moderate? It is important to know these things for self-care and self-worth because most of us want a healthy environment and a strong sense of community which strives to have its people work with one another. Again, a lot of us can either hurt or heal from various events happening all over the world, but it would be greater to heal one's self and each other for the sake of our purpose and humanity. Let us love one another and heal from any and all hurt, even if some need more time than others. It is finally time to heal!
