Anxiety

What an unique time amongst the World! So much appears to be happening, and yet, most of us do not notice because we are so busy either making a living or forgetting to how to enjoy life. Many of us may be ridden with Anxiety! It is okay to have unfocused, erratic energy at times, for, it allows us to appreciate stillness - if not, find it. Times have been uncertain, too. The Earth is changing in ways some of us cannot even imagine and many will either embrace it or not be able to adjust as smoothly.

It is important for many of us to take breaks and even breaths. Many of us must remember to take time to slow down and just be at ease. It is great for our health and vital for our soul. We must re-connect - not only with the planet but with each other. We must understand differences as easy as we accept similarities. After all, we are each other. Most of us participate in similar ways of life; though, many cultures and groups of people still vary and have their own set of standards and beliefs.

Anxiety may appear in various forms, including keeping busy, over-working, isolation, escapism, denial, or simply, not being able to relax. Although the human body is capable of being strong and resilient, and humanity has many options regarding healthcare and survival, it is important to remember we are still physical beings who must unite with our spiritual sense too. Our spirit is like undying energy which simply renews overtime. Take care of its outer core and vitality!
