Recycle

Ever think about your presence on Earth? This life is a miracle and all life on it, but what is even more amazing is the experience. We do not all have the same path; yet still, we endure - we live ... together. We experience the same world of today, while hearing of whispers in the past and trying to look forward to the future. So many words are said about being in the present, but some of us fail to see our very own cycle in current times. We all have flaws - we fail in a way in which we may not see or recognize, or can even rationalize and that is because most if not all of us need to self-evaluate by looking deep within ourselves to see not only what we want to see, but what others might see and past ones might also see - though, this is all an illusion in the sense that our reality is tied to this planet and the fact that most of us have a need to seek love, shelter and endurance. Some of us do look deep within, however, and see our own cycle and how we must break certain cycles - ones that no longer serve our own sense of well-being, which many of us know what is and how to do it - how to break free of broken cycles. We know we must live with purpose or face a recycle.

Step Back

The year 2020 may start off surprising and rich, or perhaps for some, as if a rain cloud is hanging over one's head. There is much to be grateful for, and at times, worried about when it comes to existence and acknowledgment of what needs to be done. Most of the time, many things need to be accomplished, especially in a fast-paced world. What may matter more is how one balances common occurrences and not so common factors which can and will disrupt one's life or way-of-being.

A variation of excuses are used to describe bad behavior, prejudice, and hate-filled remarks, to name a few vulgar responses, and when it comes to certain aspects of everyday life for some or even a bout of anger for others. Perhaps a car accident or unforeseen circumstance suddenly occurred, or even a death in the family (God forbid!) which made life harder and more unbearable. Different factors may contribute to why one may lash out or find life harder than usual, but that is not an excuse for one to ever harm his or herself, or others.

All of us must remember to step back! We must step away from that which is causing an unusual amount of stress or grief, and we must take a break. Although it might seem as if time does not cooperate in matters of great distress, it is vital to stay calm, particularly in situations which may otherwise cause one to be the opposite - for, there is a time to react and a time to respond ... one will force one to think in the blink of an eye and the other will have one make a wise decision. Either way, one should step back when possible and think for a moment, What is my greatest response?

Most of us would do well to breathe and respond thoughtfully, even in stressful or heightened situations because so much can get accomplished if more people decided to simply take a step back, inhale/exhale, and make a wise decision. Such a small act may even bring more peace and joy into more lives. For, it is always wise to step back and breathe!

True Self

Now is the time to reveal yourself to your one true self! There is so much we are here to do on Planet Earth, besides the obvious of just being alive, breathing, and interpreting - no matter what journey each of us are on. It may be time to relax, or do, or care for and it does not matter if it is perfect, it matters if it is REAL. For, each of us must be honest to our one true self. We must proceed in life with integrity.

Many of us may be hurting or healing, as previously noted here, but it is what we are doing to heal which is most important. If we have the perception that we are fine, that nothing is wrong or bugging us, and we are being real, then we are either healed or almost there. True joy and abundance will find those who are 100% Positive and pure with their so-called intent. What is intent? It is true feeling, honest wishing and doing, and a sense of integrity which is on the positive side.

A lot of living beings may need extreme healing. This is because choices, non-choices, or incidences may have happened which taught a harsh lesson or is still teaching a lesson. That is not to state that one is not pure in thought and action, but rather, one must learn something which may be missing or is much-needed. If it is a deep wound, or wounds, one must use each moment to bring him or her closer to healing. Healing must take place in order for one to find his or her true self.

Perhaps there is history, a cycle or pattern, or even a past life which has caused a person to experience pain, whether from a deep level or an easy one. Many of us have some sort of struggle we are battling, concealing, or plainly dealing with in which we may feel lost, confused, hopeless, sad or disgusted. This is a process we must endure to rid stuck energy which may or may not have entered our life through no fault of our own. The journey may be difficult but worth it.

Each of us intuitively know what we must do in order to heal and reveal our self to our one true self. We will not find answers outside of ourselves unless it is there to teach us a lesson. In order to heal from the inside, one must reveal what has been hidden or tucked away. For, if one cannot be true to one's self, then one cannot be true towards others, and most of us do not want to cause other's pain or misery which can and does lead to further suffering. Let us all heal our individual true self!
